Ag Day is a long-standing celebration of Colorado Agriculture and CSU. It is a time when we can come to the table together to honor our roots and the agricultural producers that provide for our community. Although the College of Agricultural Sciences will not host the traditional in-person Nutrien Ag Day Barbecue, we are excited to share ways with you to enjoy terrific Colorado commodities including wheat, dairy, beef, pork, beans, lamb, eggs, potatoes, watermelon, and corn … all of which help fund Ag Day Scholarships.

To guide you in this year's Nutrien Ag Day Barbecue and virtual Aggie experience, we've prepared a Guidebook for an At-Home Agricultural Celebration that includes tempting recipes, amusing props, and recognition of our generous Nutrien Ag Day Barbecue partners.
